Membership Conditions

• Your Membership is activated with the purchase of your first six wines. This will form part of your minimum 4 pack commitment & will be at the Member’s discounted price of 20% off retail.
• You are required to purchase a minimum of 4 club packs over a 24 month period with a minimum purchase quantity of 6 bottles per pack.
• Club packs will be processed every 6 months from the club sign up date. This will be automatically renewed at the end of 24 months for a further term of 24 months.
• You must be over 18 years old & ensure no underage person will take delivery of your wines.
• Should you move or change delivery address without informing Becker Wines, you are aware & accept that additional freight charges will be charged.

Contact

As a member, you will be sent out a reminder email every six months from your sign-up date asking you to select your 6 wines. You can choose any combination of available wines to go in your pack. Changes to your club pack can be made online at www.beckerwines.com.au or by emailing the team at info@beckerwines.com.au. The reminder email is automatically generated and will be sent to you regardless of your purchase history.

Payment & Shipment

Payment for your club pack will be automatically processed on your pack due date. The due date will be provided to you in the reminder email. You must select your 6 wines within the designated time period from the date the email is sent or your pre-selected default pack will be charged to your credit card on file and dispatched to your address. The default pack will be made up of a selection of wines based on your purchase history.

Continual Membership

The minimum Membership commitment is a period of 24 months with a minimum purchase of 4 packs, 6 bottles per pack; this will be automatically renewed at the end of each 24 month period for a further term of 24 months.

Cancellation

Cancellation of your wine club can be made online or sent through via email to info@beckerwines.com.au. Cancellation will only be accepted after the initial 24 month period or on fulfillment of your 4 club packs. If your membership is cancelled before the 24 month period, a cancellation fee will apply. The cancellation fee is equal to the total discount received on purchases as part of the club membership in addition to freight charges.
